My name is Kristina Bagrova and I am a certified nutritionist and weight loss coach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. I have a deep understanding of nutrition science and the principles of weight management, and I am committed to providing personalized guidance and support to my clients.

It’s not only my qualifications but also the personal experience of dieting, binging and having other eating disorders, which helps me now to precisely understand the dieting path you are going through. It’s surely deeper than “calories in/ calories out”.

A little bit about me: I am 35 years old, I have two daughters, 1,5 and 3,5 years old. In the past I was a professional ballroom dancer and later I had my own dance and fitness studios across the Klaipeda city, Lithuania, where I come from.

    Kristina, hello! First of all, I would like to thank you for this course, which helped me get rid of my most harmful habit - sugar! Thanks to your course, I realized that I don’t really want sugar as such, everything is much deeper! Now I devote much more time to myself, and it brings me much more pleasure than sweets. I have practically stopped eating products containing sugar, and to my great surprise, this is very easy for me. Moreover, I began to feel much better, sleep better, and my skin became better, my face glows. I also do exercises and stretching almost every day! My back began to hurt less, and I immediately wanted to change my diet - so, thanks to your advice in nutrition, I cook quick but tasty meals, for me it’s important that the food is delicious!
